4. Product Authenticity

We specialize in authentic Supreme-branded apparel. Each listing undergoes verification that may include tag and season checks, materials inspection, stitching and construction review, and measurement logging. If an item cannot be verified, it will not be offered for sale.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all items are sold as authentic, pre-verified goods. Any factory variations, seasonal differences, or minor deviations typical of the brand’s production are disclosed to the extent reasonably known at the time of listing.

5. Orders, Pricing & Availability

• Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Your order is confirmed only after checkout is completed and you receive an order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities, and correct errors or inaccuracies (including after submission) without liability, with a full refund for any collected amounts where applicable.

• Items returned with signs of wear, missing components, or outside the stated window may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
• If we identify a material listing error or missed defect, we will prioritize a resolution as outlined in our policy.

9. Risk of Loss & Title

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the item to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier and our support team for assistance.

Prices shown may exclude applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, customs duties, and import fees. You are responsible for any such taxes and duties unless we explicitly collect them at checkout.
