Address Changes

We can update your shipping address before dispatch. Once the parcel is with the carrier, rerouting options may be limited and subject to carrier rules.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO

We ship to US PO Boxes via USPS. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are supported; delivery windows may be extended due to military mail handling.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate parcels at no additional cost. You will receive tracking for each package.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and fees set by your country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these are due upon delivery (DDU).

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days (domestic) or 12+ (international), contact us. Damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Holiday & Release Periods

During peak seasons and limited drops, processing and transit may take longer. We’ll communicate delays via email and site banners when applicable.

Most orders ship within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends ship the next business day. Release days or large drops may add 1 business day.

International customers may incur customs, VAT, or duties charged by the destination country. These are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout.
